You may notice many of the logos seen here will be 1 to 3 colors. The reason is because the majority of "corporate/business" logos usually are. This cuts the expense of having to go to four color printing every time something needs to be printed.

Note though, the limit of colors used greatly limits the type of design(s) that can be created - PLUS, they have to be created "printer friendly" in the case of jobs using 2 to 3 colors (ie. "trapping").
